Emily – she who loves to hang out in fields with a violet colored chair….
All I can say about Emily is that she HAS to be extremely organized to fit in all the activities that fill her day. She’s enjoying her senior year in Ann Arbor at Gabriel Richard. She’s not only extremely beautiful but she’s an all round great athlete. And if that’s not enough, she’s fallen in love with Forensics.
She’s been playing basketball all four years in high school, and playing varsity since her Sophomore year. She has also been involved in varsity track and field all four years running hurdles, and has been on a swim team every summer since 4th grade. She was the head coach for a 7-8th grade girls volleyball team this past fall and coached them to the best record the school has ever had!
Last year, Emily joined the schools forensics public speaking team, and it it now her favorite activity. She adores public speaking and making her opinions heard. [she may or may not have actually called herself a dork for loving public speaking!] She really looks forward to her forensic tournaments and placed 5th in the state last year. Her enthusiasm no doubt landed her the team captain role this year! Emily also enjoys tutoring others in math and science both on an individual basis and through National Honors Society, and is a retreat leader at her school as well.
As a senior portrait photographer, Emily’s session was so much fun for me. We hung out in a field, walked around downtown Howell Michigan and had a separate session totally devoted to capturing Emily with her beloved dog, Nikki. Enjoy!
